蟹肉燒賣上桌時還附設蒸籠,我們還滿期待它會像「蟹本家」的一樣超好吃。怎料居然只是普通的燒賣,沒有很多的蟹味,這一道居然還敢賣 ¥780!

『毛かに姿ゆで(半身)』半隻毛蟹,喜歡吃蟹黃的另一半十分享受。我則不好蟹膏,但連蟹腳也是充滿蟹膏的味道。這半隻毛蟹應該是整個會席最昂貴的一道吧。

『魚介造り盛合せ(三種)』生吃的蟹肉永遠有一種獨特的鮮甜味,與牡丹蝦的甜美不相伯仲。記憶中除了吃蟹會席料理,平時真的很少吃蟹刺身。

『本タラバ焼きかに』我最喜歡的燒鱈場蟹,覺得燒焦的味道與鱈場蟹十分配合,大大減低啖啖肉的〝膩〞感覺。

『ズワイかにしゃぶ』主角蟹鍋出場,服務員會幫忙將所有材料逐一放到湯裡。鮮甜無比的清湯單是野菜已經好吃到不得了。再吃一件肥美外熟內生的蟹腳,滿口盡是幸福滋味。

雖然我們二人共享一個會席,但是吃到這裡已經飽到不行了。但是一邊看著用那個超甜蟹湯煮的『雑炊』,服務員還加上幾碗飯的份量,怎樣也要吃一碗吧。

因為那個蟹湯實來太美味,便買了回香港吃蟹鍋,味道絕對勝過任何湯底。

這一餐雖然大滿足,可是以這個價格只能說是〝交足貨〞罷了。如果要我再吃一次蟹會席,我還是選擇到物超所值的「蟹本家」去。

1萬日圓但係d鍋物係大size喎!!!我情願食lee個喎...因為我喜歡蟹鍋,個湯底真係鮮甜到暈,你仲可以整埋蟹粥,超羨慕...我下次反而會試你lee個餐...但一個人食一鍋"沒有可能"同埋尾尾送的那個royce好正^^
