決定住到鄙の座的最大心理障礙,便是擔心其料理的質素。以高級溫泉旅館來說,住客對食物質素的要求自然與房價一樣成正比。參考過不少鄙の座在網上的料理評分、排名等等,已經知道不會有甚麼驚喜。老實說,假如有泊食分離的住宿計劃,相信我們大早已經來拜訪了。
出發前看到這個『湖氷華膳』,是比較輕量版的冬華膳、那正合我們心意。所以在阿寒湖的第一晚便從「阿寒の森 鶴雅リゾート 花ゆう香」改為「鄙の座」。
準時來到 2/F 料理茶屋「ひな」,電梯一開門便看到服務人員已經在恭候、帶領我們到個室料亭去。

晚餐一如預期的平淡,或者因應價格而作了食材的取捨,否則很難令人相信這裡是鶴雅集團最高級的一間旅館。
