難得可以再次嚐到『鮭児』,這回用上〝焼霜〞製法。即是用火輕輕燒過魚皮,令其皮下油脂溶解,然後再放到冰上冷凍。不用多說、鮭児的味道真是無可替代。

這個十勝豚肉沢煮鍋在上次已經吃過了,不過美味程度丁點也不減。中札內產的十勝豚肉,肉質細膩、脂肪甘甜,可以品嚐到豚肉的甜味。這次亦認真去試試脂肪的質感,竟然真的是爽口、完全不覺油膩。
