由於當日的住宿 plan只是一萬円,對於食物方面已經不能要求有甚麼驚喜。慶幸晚餐不是自助餐而是會席料理 ─ 『えぞ松膳』。進餐時才不過七時半,不過相信我們已經是最後一輪食客了。
坐下來只見餐前酒「自家製紫蘇酒」及前菜「北海道の珍味三点盛り」,即是說每一道菜會分開上,正合我們心意。

吃到此時檯中央的鍋物「十勝産豆と鶏のスープ鍋」已然しゃぶしゃぶ作響,內有大量不同的日本菇,冬天吃火鍋確是一流。

晚餐後回房間休息,然後再往露天風呂。層雲閣グランドホテル的峽谷風呂真的如網頁的照片一樣,冬季晚上除了可看到雪之外,還有冰瀑與彩燈。﹝以下照片取自官方網頁﹞
