可是我們大錯特錯,絕對是井底之蛙。卻原來高級的網走和牛,即使這樣厚身,一樣是入口溶化!而且肉質幼滑,大有松坂牛的影子。真的未嘗試過吃厚切的和牛しゃぶしゃぶ,亦不用怎麼咀嚼。這一道鍋物的賣相與味道簡直成反比。

整晚最大驚喜的首推網走和牛,不過論整體質素,又未至於令人回味無窮。料理長岩田恭明對於食材的運用及變化亦不算突出。即使是 upgrade 了「蒼風膳」,好像成本全部轉到高級食材去,而不是料理長的時間與心思。假如「蒼風膳」已經算是鄙の座最高級的夕食,相信很難叫我們再去入住。最後不得不提出,可能我們是外國人的關係,這晚對於每一道菜也欠缺介紹和說明。我相信即使用簡單的日語,總比一言不發來得親切及用心吧。
