其實我今次食完, 覺得唔係太驚喜.. 味道偏淡.. 食材既本身味道又唔係太凸出, 除左個豆腐同燒黑毛和牛的味道仲記得之後, 其他我都已經無乜印象了..
1. 個刺身, 橙色酸酸地個唔知乜黎, 係咪明太子?...我聽唔明佢叫我點食, 好似又叫我點豉油,又叫我攪攪下咁, 跟住我就"了"少少食.. 已經好濃味..所以乜都無點, 就咁放入口食..
2. 雞湯個個好似味道唔凸出啦.. 佢話係SOUP, 咁我又飲晒佢, 但好淡味..
3. 點解你有三文魚籽飯既? 我個個係櫻花蝦乾飯, 佢仲問我地使唔使要白飯...

1. 係柚子鹽菓醋+蕃茄煮成的, 用黎配放喺下面的火灼帶子, 會帶出帶子的甜味. 唔須要沾醬油. 牡丹海老都應該點海鹽食.
2. 若雞煮完湯都好好食喎~

我地2個都係揀燒牛, 鐘意食牛多d, 可能食慣濃味..又或者期望太大, 只係覺得呢d日式煮法既味道可能唔岩我地...但整體黎講都住得好滿意既.
